The best Keratolytic on the market January 4, 2007 Edward Roehrs (GAINESVILLE, FL United States) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
Mediplast 40% sal.acid plasters are the best for removing any unwanted skin... corns, callouses, warts etc. Have recommended only this product for my entire carreer as a pharmacist. Warning!--- this is strong medicine and must be custom fit to each application... a box of 25 is enough for several lifetimes. Buy single sheets at an INDEPENDENT pharmacy unless you have lots and lots of warts to treat.
Oh Thank God! February 6, 2010 Karl Eric Malsheimer Jr. (Florida) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The relief is so good I could almost cry. I had a terrible corn in which NOTHING else worked. It hurt like crazy and wasn't too pretty either. I had to wear this thing for a little over a month, but it got rid of it. If you have extremely bad one and painful one like I had this is what I did.
I put the Curad piece on the corn (so that it covered most of the pinky toe, I wasn't working about killing the extra skin to get rid of the corn and it's well worth it), then I put a non medicated pad on top of it to cushion it, and then I wrapped a band-aid around both of them to keep them in place. This is the only method that worked for me but it worked great.
It actually works! January 4, 2007 anonymous 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have tried so many products over the past few years, and this actually works. I was able to remove warts both my feet (plantar) and hands. I followed another reviewer's advice and used waterproof medical tape over the mediplast pads.
It really works August 31, 2006 Thomas W. Hyde (Ocklawaha, FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I took my granddaughter to the doctor to have a planters wart removed. The doctor suggested getting mediplast wart remover and trying it, so I did. It worked great. The wart was gone in less than a month. The only problem I had was buying this product in the stores. I couldn't locate it, so thats when I went online to find it.
Great product. February 24, 2009 Matthew Paige (Los Angeles, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For those who have gym memberships, there is a chnce you wil pick up planters warts n the bottom of your feet. Compund W just doesn't work so great there.
Generally, you cut these pads to gi over the affected areas. Although they are self adhesive, I also use waterproof mdial tape to help hold them in place and keep the from coming off as I remove my socks.
using this product will not have you feeling burnign sensations like with Compoud W, but will gradually work over a period of two day. It is nowhere near as messy, and in my view is much easier to use.
