I had a mole on my arm that I was thinking about having surgically removed. In researching mole removal on the internet, I found Dermatend. I was skeptical but figured I had nothing to lose because the money-back guarantee is so strong and I could buy it through Amazon with a credit card. I received it a few days after ordering and followed the instructions exactly. Within three days the mole turned into a scab. About a week or so from that point, the scab came off and you'd never know a mole had been there. There is some very minor scarring that looks like it will heal but my skin is perfectly smooth and I'm sure it's far less of a scar than there would have been from surgery. Bottom line is that this stuff is amazing!!! I have no connection with the company except that I'm a very impressed customer.

I give it 5 stars just for the simple fact that it does what it claims. If you use this as directed, you'll be very suprised. It's a little messy, I had to do 2 applications, took about a day and a half til I could go 'bandaid-less' without the paste. 1 actually came off yesterday (started the whole process 4 days ago) and the others definitely look like they are going to soon. It is a little painful & itchy (not to mention gross) but nothing awful. Those small round bandaids are perfect for this. I'll update this once they start to heal (the one that came off kind of looks like a little burn wound right now) and maybe I'll have during/after photos then. Also, it didn't really affect the healthy skin around it very much, and I know I wasn't very careful about applying it. Overall, it's worth the money. Careful about putting this in a place where others can see, it'll take a bit to heal and it turns the spot BLACK until it falls off. Wanted to also say the customer service is GREAT, the guy was super quick to reply to my emails and very nice/professional. I'll update in a few weeks!
update 3/27: All gone but a few holes/divots are left behind, not healed yet though and still red. Using neosporin and bandaids 24/7.
update 4/6: Divots have filled in, looking SO much better, just a bit red and discolored. Just started using prefer on scar treatment.
update 5/26: about half of the moles are starting to grow back (although smaller and flat). others are scars that lighten every week but still quite noticeable. will reapply to the ones reappearing.

I bought this elsewhere on an impulse, but thought I'd add my review here in hopes that it might be of some use to others.
I have (had!) two moles that are on my face just at my beard line. One I often nicked while shaving and when I did, it would bleed terribly. I wanted it gone, but never did anything about it. Until recently. I do have my skin checked yearly and I know that I need to check my moles for asymmetry, border, color and diameter in between doctor visits.
I know these two moles are safe to remove and I used Dermatend successfully on both of them.
I followed the directions to the letter and then some. Maybe I was a little extreme, but I wanted to have the best outcome I could. I washed the area with warm water, used the emery board on the moles (one was raised and the other was flat) and then covered the area around with vaseline. The reason for the vaseline is to protect the good skin from the Dermatend, so be as accurate as you can be. I was as exact as I could have been, using a cotton swab to apply the vaseline and then the Dermatend. It stung a bit as it was supposed to and I put bandages on each of them. I changed the bandages 3 times a day and applied a bit of Neosporin each time I did. After the scab formed (about 24 hours) I cleaned the area with hydrogen peroxide and then applied the Neosporin every time. It took 5 days for one scab to fall off and 6 for the other. The moles were gone.
Now, I still cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and used Neosporin for several days. The area was pink and I had a minor 'divot' in my skin that healed in quite well. I have to say that at times, I was worried, but all went well in the end. When the scab forms and the skin doesn't look it's best, it is easy to worry, but for me, keeping the area clean with hydrogen peroxide, covered with a bandage and using Neosporin everything turned out great. I understand that the moles could grow back, but so far so good. If they do, I'll repeat the process.
Deramtend contains Bloodroot (Sanguinaria Canadensis), which will kill tissue. That is why it works and why you need to protect the area immediately around the treated area.
For me, this product worked better than I had expected and it deserves its 5 star rating.

I was really skeptical about this product before ordering. I had heard good things on their site, but that's going to always be the case. I decided to order, followed the instructions, and it did work. I have a few skin tags on my neck and tried it on the largest one first. In two weeks it had came off. It didn't look as if it was working, but it was. You have to use it daily and keep the fabric bandage on. I also cleaned the area about every three days with hydrogen peroxide before putting on more Dermatend. During the last cleaning, it fell off and left hardly a scar. It works!

Wow is the perfect word for this product.
I did have a bit of trouble using it at the beginning, I thought it wasnt working. So, I called the company though the number I found on their website.(dermatend.com) I told them I purchased it on amazon and was amazed that they still took the time to answer all my questions.
Turns out I wasnt scratching the skin tag before every application, I had only done it the first time. I started doing this and 5 days later it was scabbed.Apparently skin tags take a little longer.
The flat mole scabbed after one application though, and that was off before the skintag even scabbed.
Either way, Im extremely happy with this product and wish I had found it much sooner. I will be recommending it to everyone I know.
I have to stop myself from stopping people I see on the street with facial moles to recommend dermatend to them!
