The first time I bought these at a CVS pharmacy. They fit into any shoe and have self adhesive tape to hold them in place. If you have plantars fasciitis, or flat feet, these are for you! Fit in any shoe and are clear, so not noticeable in sandals. Love these!!

The only good thing about these are the price. The adhesive didn't stick well, they kept sliding in my shoes, and didn't do anything for my feet AT ALL. I'm a waitress and am on my feet for several hours at a time. I need something to comfort my arches and they didn't do it for me at all...

These sounded so good- thought they would work in flip-flops etc. Unfortunately, they don't stay put! The things flopped around everywhere in the sandals, flip-flops, whatever I inserted them in- the weak adhesive did not stick enough, and I am disappointed. Especially since they were Scholls.
